add that to LH424/425 being downgraded from 388 to 359.

Horrible right now and we don't even have strikes. I hope everyone is making LH pay ...

Yeah and BOS-MUC-BOS is a 388 that went missing. Definitely sounds like a bigger issue right now at LH.

During what period is 424/425 downgauged from a 388 to a 359? I still see the 388 operating this week.

D-AIMC is AOG with fuel line issues and MN is in scheduled maintainance. Since the spare has gone tech they have to use a A359 to help out.

they got to have a 346 around ... how can they be so thin on all aircrafts that have F cabins? Tomorrow the flight is now massively oversold because 388 --> 359 is quite a loss on F/C

The A346 are all in action, some (6) already moved to FRA to take over B748 F routes for the summer schedule. Munich only has 4 left, out of which 1 is still in MLA for a winter C check.

LH 424 MUC-BOS on March 29th

Hi there,

need help here!

I am booked on LH 424 MUC-BOS in F on March 29th - the flight is booked with Miles&More.

The booking still shows as an A380...

Will LH contact me proactively about the plane change or a rebooking via FRA or ZRH?

What should I do now?

Thank you guys!!!

Same flight here. Nothing to do but cross fingers. Mine is actually more tricky as it's OSL-MUC-BOS.

Nothing to do other than monitoring the situation. LH won't do anything unless and until there is a change.

Is LAX really getting downgauged or is it just BOS? D-AIMK is currently en route as LH452.

So I'm on tomorrows flight (booked J). Leaving vie in the morning. What are the chances they'd rebook me if I asked instead of waiting until I get to muc and asking for volunteers due to being overbooked?

And here we go online check-in fails already. Though that could just be the interns messing with IT I guess

LAX had a cancellation but now apparently back on 388. BOS had a cancellation followed by at least 2 days of 359 lets see.

As long as you have a seat assignment you are probably good. F/J was full when it was a 388, so the 359 is a problem. I assume they are rerouting via FRA/ZRH whenever possible, unless you are in F, because they apparently prefer to downgrade their best customers
