I'm somewhat excited for the hard seltzer. 2g of carbs. I just hope I like the taste.

I do not like Aperol though

But variety is always good.

Menu for AC153 YYZ-YYC tonight:

Beef tenderloin, red wine sauce, polenta, mixed vegetable

Chicken, apple and maple sauce, quinoa and rice blend, carrots

Salmon, creamy chive sauce, couscous, kale and carrot

Gnocchi, cream sauce, peas, butternut squash, asparagus
I've seen some positive reviews of the beef, but has anyone had the chicken or salmon?

Menu for AC326 YYC-YUL tomorrow:

Veal, sage and lemon sauce, tomato pasta, peppers, squash, leeks

Chicken, creamy leek sauce, roasted potatoes

Cod, arrabbiata sauce, rice and quinoa blend, peppers, rapini

Cheese ravioli, creamy mushroom sauce, roasted tomatoes
Anyone tried the veal, chicken, or cod for this one?

Chicken is almost never good. Beef is hit or miss. I would say any fish selection is probably the safest. The worst fish may be bland, but the beef can become inedible.

I had veal in my last two trips. First one is tender and savory, the second one is plain leather.

For the first one I'd go with the salmon. The chicken is like a PY meal, and quite mediocre.

For the second, I've had the cod and it was decent but a bit dry / overcooked.
Veal quite rich, can be good, can be hit / miss (overcooked as well) as others mentioned.

Hehe my top two choices for both flights were:

AC153: Salmon and beef
AC326: Veal and cod

Decided on salmon for tonight on the SD's recommendation and will report back.

Edit: Salmon on AC153 depicted. Was a bit too dry and salty for my liking. Saw my neighbour's chicken and was slightly jealous tbh.

Making an Aperol Spritz with Laurent Perrier would be a bit of waste, in my opinion. Maybe more than a bit of.

For AC326 today, I did indeed go with the veal. If yesterday's was a 6/10 at best, this dish gets 9/10 for airplane food. While not pretty, the veal was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. With better presentation, it wouldn't be out of place at a nice restaurant.

Did they have the white/brown bread choice? That bread looks better than what Ive gotten on my last signature flight

They did. Pretty standard in my experience.
