App keeps crashing

App keeps crashing
Just updated the app on Android, now it keeps crashing after about 10 sec. I am getting an error message from Android that the app has a bug and needs to be fixed. Does anybody have this issue? Any suggestions besides the obvious, which I already did (uninstall, clear data, reinstall)?

I have an IPhone and Ive been having issues with the app today too. Traveling today and sometimes the app will pull up my boarding pass and sometimes it displays a blank screen. I finally asked an agent for a paper copy of my boarding passes so I wouldnt have to guess on whether the app was going to work and load my boarding passes correctly when it came time for boarding.

I tried Android 12 and played around with changing seats/booking/etc. and it was fine - my parents flew out today (boarding pass yesterday saved to Apple Wallet) without an issue.
My app is up to date; parents who knows could be current -1 or -2.

Same thing was happening to me yesterday (Android 13 on a Pixel 6 Pro), and I only have DL/KL/AF flights coming up, none in the next 24 hours. An update to the app hit the App Store today and seems to have fixed it.

So, for anyone experiencing crashes with one specific trip, check on the website to see if it has schedule changes...

I had an issue with the app on Saturday night ORD-ATL-CLE. The first leg departure was delayed by 23 minutes, but we arrived at ATL about 80 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the second leg. Nonetheless, the warning that my first flight was delayed stayed with my Iphone and wouldn't let me access the BP for ATL-CLE. Fortunately, the nice GA at Gate B18 got me sorted out. This problem has been going on for a while, and I don't understand the logic in it.

I was also experiencing the app crashing and double-checked my app permissions and when I allowed location permission again it seemed to work without crashing. I think Android 13 has a feature to disable certain app permissions after a certain amount of time and perhaps that's how location got turned-off for the Fly Delta app.

The crashing of my app was definitely related to the LATAM segment. Two things changed and it miraculously started working again: a) the Latam segment disappeared from my trips, because b) I left Lima and returned to the US. I was going to blame the failure to check data integrity before importing it from a foreign source on the Delta IT interns, but on second thoughts letting them program this part may have had a better chance of success :-).
