C1 application process (all cards)
From reading the Adverse Action letter, I understand the reason for my application ID: XXXXXXXXX denial. After the T-Mobile data breach, I froze my credit reports but have now removed the freeze. Would you please reprocess my application since all three credit reports are now available.
Thank you for your attention and reconsideration.

Correct instant approval is very impressive from Chase & C1. Most of the people instantly approved seem to be getting 30K limits.

AF posted right after activation. I forget if it was the same day or the day after, but it was immediate. I was already expecting that from what Id read.

For me it actually posted before activation (I still haven't received the physical card) but I've been using the virtual card for purchases.

I was able to see it in the C1 app when you click on the card and scroll down and you can see "Get a Virtual Card" I was also able to add it to Apple Pay from the app.

I dont think everyone gets the option to use the card immediately. I wasnt able to add it to Apple Pay or see a virtual card till I received the physical card.
For reference, I got an immediate approval for $30k. Have 2 other Cap One cards, checking and savings.

Mine were just delivered this afternoon, 3 business days on the nose. My 3 AU cards arrived as well, 1 in my package and the other 2 in a separate package.
Unfortunately, I can't sign up for Priority Pass. I hope I can before my next flight Saturday!

C1 application process (all cards)
Last year I applied for a Venture card and received a 100K bonus. Then they launched the Venture X which I applied for and received a 100K bonus. Now the annual fee for the Venture card will come due next month and I see no reason to keep it, I much prefer the X version of the card. I believe I can transfer all the points on my Venture card over to my Venture X, then I should be okay to cancel the Venture. Am I correct? Any gotchas or things I need to watch out for (like e.g. Citi which expires transferred points after a while if not used).
Thanks

I wasn't planning on adding another premium card (especially given C1s opaque and mysterious approval algorithm), but decided to give them a try. Instant approval 30K.
Credit scores 827/830
16 open accounts/12 active
Only 1/24, but very recent (December)
Utilization <5%
No other C1 cards except one they closed long ago for lack of use, no other C1 accounts
Did not answer any of the optional questions

Spouse's account with me as AU, she doesn't do phone calls so I had to call
$387 purchase through cap one travel on 1/10
Two VRBO purchases >$200, though VRBO splits into a VRBO charge and one that goes directly to the renter apparently, so in sum the two charges that were directly to VRBO were >$200 and the total cost much greater
Neither credit posted through 2 billing cycles closing, and talking with an agent required me to explain multiple times what the credits were that I was seeking. After a long time waiting/holding (total call 45 minutes including maybe 15 mins to make me an account manager), I was told that no manual process can be opened until two FULL billing cycles have passed after the one in which the charge happens. So 3 billing cycles have to close before they'll even initiate a process. She kept telling me that she was sure it would post within this next billing cycle, which in my experience with the way CC credits post, they're either automatic fairly quickly, automatic at statement closure, or require manual intervention. I'm not holding my breath, nor am I excited about wasting another half hour on the phone with them explaining the benefits of the card to a rep.
