I didn't keep the denial letter but it basically said that I was denied due to a credit report being locked. My letter to them was:

From reading the Adverse Action letter, I understand the reason for my application ID: XXXXXXXXX denial. After the T-Mobile data breach, I froze my credit reports but have now removed the freeze. Would you please reprocess my application since all three credit reports are now available.
