AC's A220 schedules to YVR have been released - publicly - so it's safe to discuss them here. Daily YUL service begins June 1, to go 2x daily in October. A fortnight of YYZ flights will occur in June. There will be one-off flights from YUL & YYZ respectively on Feb 22/24 in order to conduct gate fit tests in advance of the daily service, and to provide AC a diversion airport for their YUL-SEA route.
There's also schedules for the YUL-NAS and YUL/YYZ-YHZ service all commencing in May.

Looks like 103 went in to service end of February and 104 is entering service tomorrow after doing a non-revenue turn to SEA yesterday. AC app is showing I'll have 104 for a YUL-YYC on Wednesday - might well be the newest plane I've ever flown on, if so!

First flight this past Friday YEG-YUL. Great aircraft - comfortable seats in J with a massive screen. Really enjoyed Ford vs Ferrari.
SD said they also like it and the galley set up is much better than the Max.
Heres hoping AC adds even more than the planned 45.

I was on fin 101 yesterday, YOW-YYZ, seat 1D. Not a long enough flight (or interesting enough seat) to draw any conclusions.
The IFE safety demo failed, they had to go manual (with some minor debate among them about how to do the translation).

I'm sure everyone's probably exhausted from the mass amount of A220 stuff the last couple of days but I put together a little trip report video on the first flight I was on. It was a fun flight. Of course if you're a FF, the J Class service and experience is no different other than they folded my jacket when giving it back. Has anyone else had that?
Also, including video footage taken during the previous days media dog & pony show at YUL hangar and passing it off as "trip report" report footage is disingenuous at best.

I'd like to see more than 45 enter the fleet as well, but it's unclear if there is a business case for more A/C to be added to the fleet.

Per upthread, there was some confusion among the cabin crew I had over how to match the manual safety voice over with the physical walkthrough. It did not spark confidence in their collective experience.

Galley config, aft galley mainly. No one likes the idea of having to sit/work next to a couple of poop closets.

That's not surprising and there will be a re-familiarization period for cabin crew. Most cabin crews had their one-day A220 training several months ago, more than 6 in some cases. So going six or more months between one-day training and practical usage will lead to some fumbling, but it's just cosmetic for the most part.
That isn't type specific.

My first A220 AC flight was Friday as well on YEG-YYZ. Was nice and quiet on-board. All went well including finding out how much power it has when our landing was aborted just before the wheels touched the runway. Powered up for a go around and enjoyed the extra bit of time in the air.
