...and to add to my coments, you need to be lucky to get an agent that actually see this standard awards and wants to help you.
Previous agents did not even mention that there were standard awards available, they simply told me there is nothing in saver award level.

This time it lasted only 3 days to solve this issue also.
Now also standard awards are visible!!!^
