Only saver awards can be seen. Standard awards are not shown, at least I had the surprise to get some standard awards while I could not see them at ua.com. not even on ana search tool was I able to see these standard awards.
...and to add to my coments, you need to be lucky to get an agent that actually see this standard awards and wants to help you.
Previous agents did not even mention that there were standard awards available, they simply told me there is nothing in saver award level.
