I have not received my Sentry hit as well. Last year, I had to write to US to get credit for it. I think it depends upon the agent that you received your quote from. I think that some agents take it personal if you don't buy a policy from them so they don't submit the paperwork to Sentry home office for the miles.

Agreed on return if you have insurance hits.
May be email back to Jason, charging shipping fees when you are not shipping should be changed to processing fees. If they are charging 4.95 as shipping only for this promotion they better portray it as processing fees, otherwise I would still term them as a sleazy business. A honest business will term it as an extra cost they are trying to recover for crediting miles.

These DM members did NOT purchased items that could receive US miles. TrackItBack could have easily told these DM members to pound sand, no miles, etc but instead TrackItBack gave them the miles for $ 4.95. I think that is fair not sleazy. However, it is not sleazy to purchase something that doesn't qualify for miles in order to save $ 5.04 ($ 19.99 - $ 14.95)?
Don't get me wrong...I support the DM members who have issues with Vinesse Wine Clubs and Teleflora because their websites should NOT allow the ability to enter a coupon IF someone has entered a DM number. Also, they should have disclosed upfront (the first day of the promotion not changing their terms during the middle of the promotion in the case of Vinesse) that coupons can't be used if the DM member wants miles.

my Miles posted yesterday from a 10/20 purchase , they told me a few days ago they sent the list to US but that US posts it when they feel like it
Just got a reply from them providing me the UPS tracking that they left the pkg at my Front Door on 10/27 now the question is who walked off with it
either way I asked that they CX any further shipments

Confused about Chronomed. Do they automatically enroll you in their recurring program? Do you have to call to opt out? I don't remember agreeing to a recurring thing. I thought it was one-and-done...No?

you get emailed. what's nice is you have to actually give them permission TO send out more, meaning you don't have to opt-out or cancel

I have the same problem. A November 10th transfer posted as:
11/16/2010 11/17/10 E-REWARDS MILEAGE TRANSFER 500
Looks like they did a batch posting on the 16th.
The twist here is that the e-Rewards account is in my name but I had the miles posted to my wife's DM account. So while I have the email confirmation, I'm not sure how kindly US is going to look upon the request for adjustment. A little creative editing may be in order.

I had the same issue, here was the response I received:
Thank you for contacting US Airways.
We are currently researching your request regarding the delayed posting
from our Dividend Miles partner in conjunction with the Grand Slam
Promotion. Please allow 30 days for our research to be completed and for
a reply to be sent. We appreciate your patience.
It is our privilege to serve you and we appreciate you making US Airways
your carrier of choice.
Sincerely,
So&So

Biscoff just posted.
(Still waiting for Thrifty rentals from 10/29 and the following week. They all show up in my Thrifty account but not US yet.)

Biscoff transaction of 9/24 hit today 11/18. A day short of 8 weeks - kind of like being on hold with the IRS.

Like others my Biscoff posted, however in one account I got 18 DM while in the second account I got 286 DM. I ordered the same thing from both accounts. Go figure.

Biscoff's 2011 offer should be for free re-supply on cookies for however long it takes your miles to post
