Need for some weight loss, fitness work, holistic & would like to try some detox.

Have done lots of luxury hotel, cruise and resort stays but never tried this before as they always seemed so over the top $$$ wise.
I'm loooking at 14 day's min if anyone can help.

Have tried some home web sites, but they seem to just price at rack rates.

Maybe this is agood time to try.
The 14 day Ayurveda Program at Amangalla is what your looking for. At $5,950 USD, it includes an amazing program with food, treatments, doctor visit, etc (plus tax and service) .

Third night free at 16 Park Hyatts worldwide through Amex FHR.

Book through Oct 28, valid June 1 - Oct 31

Just spotted this one by accident, don't recall seeing it here before, but don't know the complete list (however it includes Paris Vendome).

Six Senses Thailand

6 nts 'Twin Center' Offer mixing Six Senses Yao Noi and Samui incl. airticket between Samui and HKT seems to be a pretty reasonable deal. Is it available through Virtuoso with any benefits ? DavidO ?

As for the Peninsula's "Summer Splendour" offer, I must say I find the wording very confusing. Looking at possible stays in HK and Tokyo, it is clear that the rate to be used with this offer is somewhat below rack rate, but not down to 'promo' level. The real puzzle is whether the "complimentary" night gift certificate comes after 1 or 2 night's stay, and might be used as part of the same trip (as in 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 offers)...or is to be used on another trip entirely. Ah well, I'll ask directly if I get to that point, but if anyone has actually used it...

and website says cert is given AFTER summer splendour stay. no min stay.

rereading Raffles' post, perhaps suites that are rack only would make the certificate worthwhile. after 50% off top suites run $1220 (manila) > $8000 (new york).

Forget it. Book the 'Suite Life' rate instead - gets you an Exec Suite, which is what I had in Tokyo last week, for Y50,000 which is actually less than a standard room. Deluxe Suite also available at Y77,000. Rate only shows if you look to book exactly two nights.

Don't know if it's a soft opening or crisis discount, maybe a mix of both :

New Alila Villas Hadahaa Maldives 'Opening Special':

One complimentary night per for every night booked, valid August 1st until December 19 2009:

https://gc.synxis.com/rez.aspx?Hotel...LA&src=hadahaa

For those of you who like to stay longer an extra special treat awaits: If you stay 4-6 nights you will receive one Alilia Experience; stay 7 nights and more, 2 Alila Experiences are yours.

The Opening Special in brief

• Charges for every second room night are waived
