LHR-AMM codeshare flight AA 6290/6291

HI
In the AA timetable, I've found flights AA 6290 and 6291 for LHR-AMM and AMM-LHR.
I'd like to put them to my LONEx, as this flight would earn 0 miles on RJ carrier.
However the online tool ignores AA, and when I check availability on EF, there is absolutely nothing for AA 6290/1 in any booking class.

Does this flight exist in any direction?

I guess they are codeshares operated by RJ. You can probably only book them under the AA code in conjunction with an AA transatlantic sector.

I forgot to add, that in the AA timetable they are marked as codeshares that DO NOT require connection. From London there are only two destinations like this: Helsinki and Amman. But even with this mark, I can't book them...

Exactly. These are codeshare flights and you will only be able to book them along with an immediate connection from a transatlantic AA flight.

Well, the AA timetable says otherwise. LHR-AMM has no 'connection required' text compared to all other codeshares out of LHR.

Then call the AA RTW desk and book it all through them. You should be doing that to save on fuel surcharges anyway.

The online tool is a bit buggy. I've had battles with it when it only finds a codeshare (and is happy to let me select that despite no connecting flight with that airline) and cannot find the operating airline. Trying again the next day the situation is reversed. Similarly flights which the ow website tells me exist through flight lookup, the RTW tool cannot find.

Rather annoying.
