Its possible, but then they do specifically refer to this room being attached to another 2bed villa in order to make a 3bed. So I think it does exist.

You're 'hoping' for 150k? It will be a nice room for sure, but its 'just' a room, with no pool. The reef villa at WA Maldives is much larger, detatched villa, with a pool. So I'd say a rate of 150k...
