Bookings like yours with a fare break-point, in this case PRG, involving a conjunction of multiple booking classes should not effect the eligibility of your DL operated leg...

Buy any ticket, buy it for the same flight. All tickets issued on dl.com and with DL res are refundable by midnight. Who knows, maybe you can get a DBC while you're at it
