I try to follow the adage "When in _____ eat what the _____ eat" whenever possible. Dishes that are native the the individual countries would be great.

What about pure & simple old passion friendly service ?

Then food and drinks comes second,for me at least

But if that's not possible i will settle for god old Starbucks coffee.
