I don't know if this is only me, but I have noticed that there has been a change in the time it takes for points to getting registered in my EB account, especially from partners. In August, miles from OS flights took 3-5 days to appear. Now I have two flights on OS that are missing from +10 days ago, I have one flight from mid-september that I have sent a retro-registration about, I just noticed that I am missing some Scandic points (and the receipt is gone to some company accountant, so those points are lost, no biggie). And yes, the flights were eligible, and yes, my EB number was registered (showed SK*S on BP).

Anyone else noticed that registration is now taking longer? Why is the points registration so vulnerable? A manual process or just poor IT?

I have two OS flight from Sep/Oct where the outbound from ARN has not registered, but the return flight has. I had a third flight with OV where the outbound also took a long time to register, but the return was very quick.

Now I have some more flights with OS that have not registered. The first that I have made a retro-registration for is still not showing, and now I have two more HEL-VIE flights not showing. All VIE-HEL/OSL/CPH flights I have made are showing, but not the HEL-VIE legs. Irritating.
