Usage of Comp

I was recently given a comp due to over booking for 800 Euro from SAS or 50% cash equivalent. Living in the US, any suggestions about what is the best way to make use of this? Thanks for any advise.

Quite simply, if you will be flying with SAS within the next year, apply the 800 Euros travel voucher towards your flight. You must book your flight with SAS directly, and then you have to send in the vouchers to their NJ office. If not, send it in and get a check for the US-equivalent of 400 Euros.

I can't remember if the travel vouchers are transferrable.

I am not sure of the US vouchers, but European ones allows them to be used as payments for LH as well as SK at 100% of the value.

Not all vouchers issued in Europe can be used for LH flights. I believe only vouchers issued as joint ventures(should be between Scandinavia and Germany) can be used on LH.
