Most of you have probably seen the little notice on the EB homepage about bonus hotel stays and that they had written something about booking these online in the latest issue of Scanorama (which is a feature that is not currently there), so I had a look at it on today's flight and there were a few pointers towards future improvements to EB I thought. First of all the ability to book for points online which is a feature I'm really waiting for, then also that there will be more Point Bargains targeted at EBG/EBS... Maybe they will start to offer even better deals. I think that the current PB's are great, and if there will be even more I'm very happy!

Lately I am actually very happy about EB! They've been creative and have offered a lot of new things to us members (ability to buy points (even though I don't use it), Point Bargains, Fast Track offers, future ability to book hotel stays online etc...). Great SAS and EB! ^

Well, glad to know something is happening with EB.

I must say that for the past 12-24 months EB is probably the worst programme I am participating in. Just to name 3 reasons: 1) No G or S offers - I believe I have received one offer as a gold member for the past 15 months, 2) IMO EB offers are rather limited - and of limited value, 3) Horrible on-line booking engine.

As a result I have flown other carriers (LH, BA) for the past 12 months. SAS with higher prices you have to do a lot better.
