Hello all. Just a question about travel information inputs. I traveled ORD - CPH last spring and was able to fill out things like Passport number and KTN (had SAS IT fix the number/letter format at the time to accept the TSA=Pre Check format). But looking now at my booking - very limited travel information inputs with no ability to add Passport number or KTN . Not sure when this changed. I always thought that they would need your Passport number to reference your booking (I always handed them my passport when checking in). I am willing to enter all the needed information ahead of time to allow a smooth check in and continue on my way, Will the ability to enter this information return? I now plan on taking my KTN along with me to be sure I get TSA PreCheck - it was nice before as it was already entered into my booking.

I had similar issues with the site a couple of weeks ago where I couldn't add passport details online. Worked perfectly in the app (which is really nice). So that'd be my temporary suggestion (or chatting to customer care).

You can add your KTN during the booking process but generally have to fall back to check-in desk or gate later. Even if they add your KTN after you've already checked in you can just refresh your BP and get a TSA Pre one.
