Issue processing your payment on SAS website and app
My sister is trying to buy a RT ticket on SAS, but keeps on getting issues: "We had an issue processing your payment. Please try again". This is both on the SAS website (flysas.com) and Android app.
She has a Canadian credit card (CIBC Aeroplan).
She has checked with her card issuer and there are no issues (no blocks, etc.), but she is still frustrated with completing the purchase.

They never gave a reason why it was happening. Ony said that they report the issue.

I had the same problem. Yesterday, I couldn't even search for flights. At 10:00 UTC, the iOS app showed an issue. I tried again at 13:00 UTC and encountered a payment error. After re-entering my credit card details, it finally worked. In short, I think SAS had a general issue yesterday.

I assume this is was related to this: https://www.aftenposten.no/norge/i/B...posten-fra-sas (behind a paywall I think).
But basically, SAS tickets were being sold without any points deduced (which doesn't fully make sense either as image clearly shows a Z/J fare to HND). Also makes it clear that not all bargains make onto FT
