The difference being? I don't think you called your TA or AC and asked them to upfare the UA segments to J, right?

Btw, in my e-ticket receipt for the UA upgrade it said below as well:

Fare Rules Additional charges may apply for changes in addition to any fare rules listed.
RESTRICTIONS APPLY PER FARE C
Which certainly wasn't true. It still was an economy ticket with a Premium Cabin Upgrade tacked to it. For sure no full fare C business class ticket out of a sudden.

To summarize, even though AC, SK and UA say I have a ticket in booking class C, in actuality I do not have a ticket in booking class C. :/

Yes, quite likely. There are a lot of ways nowadays how upgrades from economy to business are managed... hard to tell what really is happening. Especially with 3 partners involved (UA, AC and SK).

5 days (since emailing the gold email) - no reply. So much for customer service.

Odd. I sent out a request to the danish gold E-Mail yesterday (I cycle through SE, NO and DK) and got an answer pretty much immediatly (within a few hours). NO tends to take one day, while SE takes one and sometimes up to two days. But that's just my experience.

Got a reply from SAS today, took a bit of time but they came through.

Thank you for your mail

You are so very correct. Correct point accrual for this flight should be 900 EuroBonus points.
I have now added 300 points to your account.

Best regards, Med vnliga hlsningar,
Love restored, thank you SK

P.S. They were added as "extra points". Fine as long as I am not short less than that amount for status qualification :/ Will leave it as is for now.

Does anyone have knowledge if the points earnings have changed with SAS further or in any case help me understand my point earnings.

I flew last week HEL-ARN-LHR and had anyseat awards flights, which were (or at least should have been and did show in the app as) SAS Plus Pro. However, the booking class showed as P which if I've understood correctly should be SAS Plus Smart. And to make this even more interesting, now it seems that earned 1500 basic points on both legs.

As a EBD (and the respective 25% bonus basic points) I've earlier earned 937 points for HEL-STO in SAS Plus and 1250 points for the cases where I've had C-class. Now I got 1500 points which doesn't as per my understanding match to anything I see on the website.

Similarly the 1500 points for ARN-LHR doesn't really match my math, or at least is missing the 25% bonus.

Any idea, what am I getting wrong or not understanding here?

P can be both SAS Plus Smart and SAS Plus Pro these days. A SAS Plus Pro on a European route in P earns 1200 points, plus 25% bonus => 1500

As SAS Plus Smart P earns 1000 points on a European route.

Thanks CHP-Flyer, now I see. Sas.se seems to at least have the point charts you included above. My confusion came from the fact that sas.fi still has the old/previous charts included here (screenshot from today)...

So, this precise scenario is about to happen. After the next reservation I am going to be just 300 points short of Gold. Ghhhh. Will wait until after those flights, and then try to write to SK CS and see if they will fix it for me (as I am not sure I'll have another flight on a *A carrier before my SK renewal is up). Oh the irony.

Hi there!
Anyone knows how many points are being credited when applying an upgrade voucher?
In particular, I had an economy ticket with Lot, lowest booking class. Upgraded to business with a miles&more voucher. What points should I get. Initial ticket or upgraded ticket? i.e. 150 or 1,200?
Cheers!
