One bug SAS hasn't fixed is a problem I've had in trying to make a booking shortly after I've been in their booking page to look at a flight. I recently was in Spain and was unable to book a flight back to OSL with SAS (kept on getting an error message). The problem is with cookies and is solved by clearing cookies from their page. I had encountered this before, but forgot the solution, so I booked a flight back with DY instead. SAS has been aware of this problem for years and has not fixed it. I guess they are more interested in collecting data than in making it easy to book.

The same goes for their website's inability to remember your language preference, despite stating "Your selection will be saved for your next visit". This has been broken for a decade.

It has never made sense to me why SK simply can't issue a new non-branded card (if the traveler so desires) when you have one of the creditcards. There should be no limitations in doing so, alternatively they could try harder to make the cards unnecessary or make the digital version in the App a full alternative.
