I agree, it sometimes seems that SAS is introducing new features not for the sake of their customers but to please themselves. That's why I was pleased that they brought in a DY guy to help them out. While SAS's website has always been esthetically more pleasing, I've always found it easier to find what I want at Norwegian's website and book a flight.

One bug SAS hasn't fixed is a problem I've had in trying to make a booking shortly after I've been in their booking page to look at a flight. I recently was in Spain and was unable to book a flight back to OSL with SAS (kept on getting an error message). The problem is with cookies and is solved by clearing cookies from their page. I had encountered this before, but forgot the solution, so I booked a flight back with DY instead. SAS has been aware of this problem for years and has not fixed it. I guess they are more interested in collecting data than in making it easy to book.

The same goes for their website's inability to remember your language preference, despite stating "Your selection will be saved for your next visit". This has been broken for a decade.

But they can do that. You just order one on your personal pages. I got a plain Diamond card (and I have both DK based credit cards).

How long did it take? I ordered a new Gold card in the beginning of November and nothing has arrived. As my old card expired, I could not get a status match to TK or AZ before the end of the year.

If you have a co-branded card you get referred to the co-branded issuer(s). Unless that has recently changed.

I unfortutanely dont remember. But I guess less than a month.
