I agree, it sometimes seems that SAS is introducing new features not for the sake of their customers but to please themselves. That's why I was pleased that they brought in a DY guy to help them out. While SAS's website has always been esthetically more pleasing, I've always found it easier to find what I want at Norwegian's website and book a flight.

One bug SAS hasn't fixed is a problem I've had in trying to make a booking shortly after I've been in their booking page to look at a flight. I recently was in Spain and was unable to book a flight back to OSL with SAS (kept on getting an error message). The problem is with cookies and is solved by clearing cookies from their page. I had encountered this before, but forgot the solution, so I booked a flight back with DY instead. SAS has been aware of this problem for years and has not fixed it. I guess they are more interested in collecting data than in making it easy to book.
