It seems that the moaning was loud enough to be heard by the regional airport gods. There is building work going on to separate the important people from the unwashed masses.
It appears that there will be three separate lines. One "EDT", a fast track and one for all the rest. There are currently still openings to switch between the three, so not sure how it will work in practice (unfortunately, it could get worse instead of better).
Now, could you please start moaning louder about priority boarding and upgrade vouchers? There are still things that need to be sorted out! :-)
