Finding and Understanding Fare Class

I have an Economy booking with SAS, made through a third-party site, and I'm trying to find the Fare Basis for my ticket. When I retrieve the booking on the SAS website, there is nothing to indicate Fare Basis. My original booking shows the following code -- TKUSSC14. Does that look familiar to any SAS FF's? I'm assuming my Fare Basis is "T" class, but if anyone has more info I would appreciate it.

I'm trying to determine if I can earn United MP miles for my flight. If I can't, then I'll try to earn them in my Turkish MS account, but I need the fare basis to do all that math.

All paid Y (E, M, H, Q, V, W, U, G, K, L, T, O) fares on SK earns 100% in MP, that might be all you need?
Otherwise I don't know if there's some smart way to see bookingclass if you don't have the e-ticket, might have to ask third-party site... or wait for some one smarter to reply

You could try to see if the OTA has published the booking to Viewtrip.com. They will show the fare class.

Some OTAs (the more exclusive ones with company clients like the one we are using) do this.

It is worth a try.

Otherwise studentCPH is right - no worries. Just credit to MilePlus as it will in any case earn 100%.

The 'T' in that code should indeed be the booking class. T is one of SKs lower classes, so United should be the way to go for credit. As far as I know, TK is a bit stingy with miles for the lower booking classes.

Hi NellieVA,

I experienced the same situation like you. Have you tried to go to www.austrian.com? Go to my bookings and put your booking code there. The booking class will be shown up.
