Who hasn't had the pleasure to fill in the online retro form, even you have done 'the right thing' from the beginning. Good that they are working on it!

It just ends with a perky message "You should ensure you enter your FF# at the time of booking" (which I indicated I did..). Is that all the survey does?!
To earn miles / points you need to ensure that your frequent flyer membership number is entered into your booking reservation. We advise you to always give your card number when booking the flight. In addition you should check that your membership number is correctly entered when checking in for your flight.
