Ops... assumed it was 10 min to OAK, actually more like 18ish. Wedding is at Sequoyah CC

Beautiful spot up there! Yes, you should have a pretty quick drive down 98th Avenue to OAK. Be alert, though, as this goes through some of the highest crime parts of Oakland. I would still drive it, but with caution.
