I'm not sure it's accurate, but the slowdown on Park Presidio though Golden Gate Park and 19th Avenue (nearly the only north-south crossing in San Francisco right now), looks tolerable. Dark red from Anza through the park, but otherwise okay.

Perhaps this is one of those situations where the locals are so spooked by the possibility of epic gridlock that they stay away in such numbers that there isn't much traffic.
Hi, OP here. Sorry for the late update, but here it is. Got up early and my first flight was canceled, so at 6:30am, I re-booked on an 11:30. Left Sonoma County at 7:05am, took 101 to Richmond Bridge, seemed opened (I listened to traffic on the 8's) and took the Bay Bridge and pulled into Park SFO at 8:30am. Got to the gate by 9:15 and stood by and got on a 10:05am flight.

So, thanks again for all the help, but traffic was really a non-issue.
