You can now go between International-A and 1-B (Harvey Milk) both airside and landslide. I’ve walked both of those in the past month.

The Harvey Milk Terminal is awesome, and such a great statement of what San Francisco is all about.

Yes, when "we" finally get things done, they are great. But sometimes, people die waiting. My saying as an answer to when various projects will complete has been "before you can take a high speed train between SF and LA."

personally I hate the milk Terminal. Nothing to do with the namesake, I just don’t like the concessions or the layout. Then again I’m not too keen on my native city anymore so maybe that makes sense.

Beyond the namesake is a whole, large terminal at a major international airport that celebrates the notion of equality under the law for LGBTs. I think that’s pretty fabulous, and of course appropriate for San Francisco.

I agree. It is one of the most beautiful air terminals I have experienced in the USA. Also, the second time I experienced European-style all gender restrooms in the USA.

I concur - it is fabulous!

That said the concessions are overpriced and I don't like many of the food offerings. I prefer Peets, Starbucks, and lounges where I can order quick, known items. The sushi restaurants in T2 and T3 are great (not great sushi but quick, edible and reliable). Or priority pass restaurants if I have time for a sit down meal. T1 offers no concessions of interest to me. And yes I've tried a few of them.

I see in the wiki that you can’t walk landside (at the departures level) between the C and B Concourses. Is that still true? I flew out of C yesterday but I didn’t notice if walking to B was an option.

Yep, I added that and a couple other minor tweaks. I can't say I specifically tried walking from inside the airport recently, but when we went past it on AirTrain yesterday it looked like there was a gigantic pit in the ground between B and C :p

I believe the only way currently to get from C to B land side is to walk through the domestic garage.

Yep. It's a rather startling sight. There is absolutely no pedestrian access of any kind.
And in the near future, it will be possible to go all the way from G to C airside.

Sounds like you have it right. On Thursday, I walked landside from BART through G, F, E and to D. Between E and D you get pushed outside to the sidewalk to get around some construction. Maybe something like that will happen at some point to allow walking at departures level between C and B.
