Yes, I think it's insane that we have to jump through those hoops, or that they even have surveys set up in such a way that it's possible to be kicked out at the very end. But so long as I can receive my points with a simple email I continue doing the surveys, as the mileage and gift card rewards are worth the effort to me.[/QUOTE]
Thanks - I agree and so far they seem to be giving me the points when I contact them. They responded to the first of the two I mentioned from the last couple of days and gave me 3.8 points since I had received the .20 credit already. I always mention in my initial request that if the survey expired they shouldn't have sent it to me and wasted my time and if I was disqualified because of some random demographic question at the end - those questions should have been at the beginning before I answered all their questions. That normally stops them from sending the regular "we didn't bother to really read your request" response :-) On a side note. Two years ago my wife and I both received 1099s from e-rewards because we got so many gift cards plus I redeemed for airline and hotel rewards almost every month. Last year we didn't get enough between us to be over the limit for 1099 purposes. |

Anyone else having E-Rewards issues- I don’t get a ‘no surveys available’ messages, on there web site, just grey squares where the surveys should be.

Same here - it was working around noon today though
On the up side, it’s been nice lately to not only have unlimited Hilton redemptions but they’ve also been posting to my Hilton account essentially instantly for me. |

Today I opened a 1.5 value 10 min box, the description told me this is a 30 min survey! No way! There are also repeated surveys - a Health Care survey that are on Covid vacchines have come back today despite I have done it at least over a month ago. |
I had a ‘no surveys available’ technical glitch earlier today but it seems fixed now.
In that time gap, I discovered that, e-Rewards’ parent company apparently went chapter 11 earlier this year, and venture capital firms now own a big chunk of the company- https://www.dynata.com/press/dynata-...ed-chapter-11/ Don’t let points set in your accounts for too long folks, you never know when the next devaluation is going to hit. |
...and the new plan to make money is to give us less money (less incentive) to complete them. It is not going to work. I do almost no surveys these days.

Never have this happen before that every single survey for a total of over 10 or more I tried this Sunday, I was not qualified BEFORE any qualifying question! Then one $1 6 min survey that it did open without the non qualified message, turned into a 15 to 20 min survey in its opening statement… $1 for this length?! They can dream on.
On Friday there were multiple technical issues, 3 of them were so outrageous I submitted tickets. Today they did post the credits owed. But the frequency of such happening iis getting absurd. |

When I see a survey routing through Sampalicious, I give them two tries before closing it out and going back and trying a different survey from the eRewards home page.

It's been nuts for a few weeks. I submitted 7 tickets in the last week for various reasons. I should note that every time I asked for the reward amount for the survey they gave it to me. But what I'm seeing is more and more $1 or $1.50 surveys that go round and round and after you tell them your age and sex 5 times and have spent 10 minutes jumping through silly hoops (slide 53 into the box) and having been re-directed a dozen times it says ok we have a survey for you - it should only take 20-25 minutes! I took 9 surveys on Saturday - wasn't able to do any of them. They all said I would get 20 cents if I didn't qual (up to 5 a day) and I didn't get 20 cents for any of them that day. I contacted eRewards and they came back and said it was a 24 hour clock - not days - and since I had received 5 the day before at 10pm - I wasn't elig to get any more until 10pm the next day... I complain everytime and they just ignore it. I received several surveys from eRewards to rate eRewards after customer service does something. I always rate the rep as being great - but then add their system sucks! Then they sent me a request to rate the on TrustPilot. Really??? You wouldn't like that if I did. I just ignored it and after sending 3 requests I guess they figured it out. At 79 and being a retired white male my survey opportunities are already limited and it is upsetting to get disqualified 4 out of 5 times because I'm a 79 year old white male that they already know from the 10 pages of profile info they have.... I guess when you're the only game in town....

Your first mistake was telling them that you are 79……..
But I originally told them my age 20 year ago :-) |
