The annual tax software discounts thread

I did a few searches and don't see the annual thread(s) on tax software discounts yet. If I've missed one, my apologies. If not, I guess now is as good a time to start as any. I believe ebates is showing a small discount on the Turbo Tax Deluxe software but when I use the ebates link it doesn't show anything different from the regular Turbo Tax price of $29.95. Others?

The online version of Taxact gives returning users a discount. Federal and state will cost only $12.95. I've used them in previous years and plan to use them again next year.

A lot of insurance companies/credit unions/etc. do this. But the downside is that it is via the web so it is slow and you don't wind up with a file that you can refer to if there are problems years later.

And of course, what comes today? A second coupon book. It's $15 off TurboTax Deluxe (either with or without State), Premier, or Home & Business, valid Jan. 14 to Jan. 20. It doesn't say specifically, but it appears the De

WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE 2 Price: $39.99
TAXCUT PREMIUM FED Price: $19.99
TAPE DISPENSER CORE-CLEAR Price: $.28
