Well, it was a good ride.

But My Coke Rewards, under its current form, will be ending. You have until March 22, 2017 to enter codes, and until June 30, 2017 to redeem.

Farewell to an enjoyable rewards program. :(

I just got the "we are ending" email today. I just spent my balance...got 3 gift cards. I figured they would start to go away.

Time to enter the codes I've been saving waiting on promos

Well that sucks, though I guess it's not a total shock. Every other rewards program is also being "enhanced" to be even "better" these days :rolleyes:

Also, no new members effective 1/24. Guessed correct the end was coming, just was unsure when.

I have enough points/caps collected for entry through September at the earliest. I guess it'll have to go for some other promo....

Looks like its a limit of 1 on gift cards as I am that I hit the limit on Amazon and Walmart after 1.

If by "fun" you mean a new rewards program where you'll have to scan your receipt, and or barcodes on the bottles/cans--- which is what people are speculating will be how they think a new Coke Rewards program would work, then not really.

It's much easier to lose a receipt than it is to find a Coke cap in a parking lot.

You can redeem for $10 Amazon every seven days, Walmart every 28.

I don't know how they will verify purchases that way seeing the UPC code is standard unless there is a special code you will scan which seems like would be a pain for 20 oz bottles.

I'm sure this will be an "enhancement" that doesn't benefit the consumer. I will still continue to drink Coke Zero so it won't effect their revenue from me like when a hotel or airline program cuts benefit but this was a nice program while it lasted.

Huggies and Kelloggs have both got away from code entering programs and gone to a combo of linking store reward cards and scanning receipts for stores that do not offer reward cards.

I don't give a crap that its ending as it has sucked for a few years now but I do have some points in a bunch of accounts and a cup full of 12 pack codes that I better enter tonight and start redeeming. Ugghhh that will kill my evening

I'm shocked that people think this is a bad thing it going away. I actually am a coke zero a holic. I mean in a bad bad way. And there is never anything worth my time to go through the hoops for here. I've burned some points over the years on shutterfly gifts for my parents, but the rest is absolute crap.
