Apparently, I don't understand how this works. Every day I tweet, share, do everything possible and I am only moving up 2 a day. Can someone explain how this works, or how I can move up faster? Thanks.

Just log in everyday and if you have a Twitter account you can tweet and get points towards silver and gold. It took me a little while, but I achieved gold on two accounts.

The Wiki at the top of this page has a good write up of how to use Beta :)

Entering codes on the beta site increases your status. It probably won't be enough to reach gold by December though.

My experience: If I do a bunch of tweets, I move up 3 points. If I log out, I can log back in and do this several times each day (within limits...... eventually, you have to wait until the next day).

Rinse, repeat.

Thanks. I just can't figure out why I'm only moving up 2 points each day. I thought it would be at least 3. I'll try logging out and logging back in a few times today.

I wish I could tell you how it works, but I have no idea. I have been doing what you did plus a few tweets here and there, and all of a sudden a screen pops up and tells me I am Gold and I get 30 points for my new status. Maybe it is the tweets???

I built two accounts to gold. I would log in, enter one cap, then log out. I would do this 2-3 times a day. Some days I got 2, some 4, and some 6 points. Sometimes the counter would update during the day and sometimes the points would not appear until I logged in the next morning.

Steve, you are absolutely right. The key is logging in and out several times a day. That is the only thing I've changed and I'm now receiving between 6 and 9 points a day instead of 2. 63 more for gold! This is possible now. :)

You were not seeing things, MCR posted on Facebook & Twitter about double points on Coke, Diet Coke and Coke Zero 12 pack flaps from 11/11 - 11/14. I take that as 'coke brand' products so anything with Coke in the brand will work like Cherry Coke, Caffeine Free Coke, etc.

Once it again it says you must do it on BETA but so far every time it also worked on the main site.

Movie night: the perfect excuse to crack open those 12-packs.

Earn Double Points 11/11–11/14 when entering any Coca-Cola, Diet Coke orCoca-Cola Zero 12-pack code on MCR.com/Beta.

Thanks to jiburi and OzzyOzzie for the posts about the November limited-time double points on 12-Pack flaps. The MCR website is now showing the promo. I just entered a Coke 12 pack flap on the main MCR site and got the bonus:

Keep racking up Double Points Through 11/14, earn Double Points on Coca-ColaŽ, Diet CokeŽ and Coke Zero™ 12-pack codes when you enter them on Beta.

DOUBLE POINTS for COKE 12 PACK 11/11-14

The bonus point link I saw last week Thursday is back. :D

That makes two things I found early this month : unintended early launch for redemption of 30 coke points for 12 pack coke (which was later withdrawn and release the next two days), and November bonus points of 12 pack coke. Oops. You're in good company ;)

November Coca-Cola 12-Pack Bonus Points

Dates:
11/11/14 - 11/14/14

Offer Overview:
Earn Double Points on all Diet CokeŽ, Coke Zero™ and Coca-ColaŽ 12-packs during promotional timeframe.

Eligible Products:

• Coke Zero Fridge Pack
• Cherry Coke Zero Fridge Pack
• Vanilla Coke Zero Fridge Pack
• Caffeine Free Coke Zero Fridge Pack
• Diet Coke Fridge Pack
• Caffeine Free Diet Coke Fridge Pack
• Diet Cherry Coke Fridge Pack
• Diet Coke w/Splenda Fridge Pack
• Diet Coke w/Lime Fridge Pack
• Coca-Cola Fridge Pack
• Coca-Cola Lime Fridge Pack
• Caffeine Free Coca-Cola Fridge Pack
• Cherry Coca-Cola Fridge Pack
• Vanilla Coca-Cola Fridge Pack

When Points will be Awarded:
Accounts will be credited instantly after code entry.

Additional Information:
Eligible codes entered on the Beta site must be entered within the code entry field in the main navigation to earn Bonus Points. Weekly code limits apply to base points only. Bonus Points awarded do not count toward weekly limits.
The irony is that while at beta, when you choose to enter multiple codes, it takes you back to the original mycokerewards site. Cocacola and eprize still needs to workout the kinks if they are really going to move forward with the beta change.

Made it to Gold!

Thanks everyone for your help. I really appreciate it.

Steve in Olympia Nov 12, 2014 9:06 pm

OK, so we have worked our way up to gold status (in my case, in all three accounts of my household members). It took a fair amount of effort, all based on the assumption that this will be rewarded by significantly better prizes when the December promotions open up.

We might be surprised, however. MCR may have simply proven that FT'ers are always suckers for anything with the labels "gold" and "silver" attached to them. There might not be any pot at the end of the rainbow!

You did receive 50 points on each account (20 for silver/30 for gold), so the effort was not a complete waste. You can now redeem rewards that were not available to a general member. One example:

If other/future rewards (that are better redemptions) are similar, then being Gold could be very valuable.

So, a bronze member can get a $10 Nike gift card for 710 points.

But those lucky folks who are silver members can get a $35 Nike card for 2,425 points.

Does Coca-Cola think that we don't know how to do math? There is no difference between these deals.

Perhaps they should offer a pocket calculator as a reward option. Say, one calculator for 1,000 points, two calculators for 2,500 points.
