When I listed approx 500 unused Coke caps on eBay earlier this year the listing was soon removed by eBay with the following explanation:

Unfortunately, we had to remove your listing because of the following:

You listed Coke Reward points. We do not allow the sale of any product reward/loyalty codes (such as: Pepsi & Mountain Dew, Coke) where the codes can be entered into a raffle/sweepstake/drawing for cash or prizes . The reason for this is because these items are considered lotteries, which are regulated by several different state and federal laws. Since we cannot ensure these laws are being followed we have decided to not allow these items on our site.

We know it is frustrating to have your item removed, but please do not relist it.

Sales of lottery tickets are heavily regulated, and the laws about lottery tickets vary widely. For these reasons, listings for lottery tickets are not permitted on eBay. For more information on this eBay policy, please visit:

I find it interesting that eBay allows the sale of currency, using their same twisted logic shouldn't the sale of currency should be banned because the currency could be used to buy lottery tickets?

Today's special offer (Dec. 5), the $25 TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods giftcard, appears to be readily available at this point. Probably not as popular as some of the earlier specials. As with the Nike deal, you can access it through the "My Special Offers" link at the top of the page (after you log in).

It appears that tomorrow's deal will be Southwest Airlines.

Either the TJ Maxx giftcards are gone, or I can't access it. It's not under My Special offers and when you click the link from the main page, it just takes you to the homepage.

It does not work for me. I just entered a code, but when I click on the gift card, it takes me back to the main holiday promo page.

Same here. Also, weirdly, if I check the 1200 point level of the Rewards Catalog, there are two 1200 point "hand picked rewards" with the "12 days of holiday rewards" image, but they go nowhere. And there's also no indication as to what reward they are supposed to be.

Based on the facebook link in post #6378, I believe that tomorrow's deal is for Southwest Airlines. If not, that would be the first time that I have ever been wrong.
