Does FW Have Referral Bonus like Ebates?

It seems we have quite some FWers here. I do ebates but not FW. Does FW offer $5 referral bonus like ebates does? I saw the $5 signup bonus but nothing about the referral bonus.

I love the site. Ironically, I've known the owner of the corporation for a while, just never joined the site (or even looked at it for that matter). He sits a few rows away from me at the local UHL hockey games.

Never cashed out yet but if it screws up, I'm throwing popcorn at him all next hockey season.

Tim Storm of fatwallet.com

He runs a nice company. Employees have no real work schedule and have a really cool office environment.

Groceries ... $100 for $35

Yesterday I was able to get $100 in groceries for $35 based on what was posted at that site. Great deal. Now dead. Just need to constantly watch as things come and go quickly.

Nope. It's an internet company so I'm sure it's only a matter of time until it folds. Until then, his employees are very happy.

Do you have some inside info? I suppose I can ask him at tonight's Rockford IceHogs Game. Don't think he would appreciate the question, though.

While I'm sure its true you may get a rebate when buying a HD from a Best Buy or a computer from a Dell, how does the bottom line compare to skipping the rebates and just buying though a site that invites deep discounts on the products itself. pricewatch.com comes to mind.

I bought a hard drive from Circuit City for $76.65 (tax included), and received $80 in rebates. Even including postage I made $2.5, not to mention 76 Starwood points and a 250GB internal hard drive.

Interesting discussion after I bumped this thread from last Oct.

Can someone let me know if FW is giving referral bonuses? I am about to sign up and want to know if I can "spread" the "love" to our FT community.
