Extended onesuite.com outage
I don't know when it started, but onesuite.com's systems, including login at their web site, have been down all day today. Is this a computer problem or a financial one? Either way I guess it proves that I need a backup long distance provider.

"All circuits were busy" and last night and I was surprised that it was still down this morning. Eventually that was replaced with the female (asian?) voice announcing the outage.
I needed to call a friend in Italy and I don't have any international plan on my cell phone. Luckily my sister called me just as she was going to pick up some $5 international calling cards at a convenience store., so she got one for me

If the server in question is the one that knows who has prepaid how much, and if the backups were lost too, then onesuite is really in trouble. But denying service rather than taking the risk of bad debt in the meantime is simply bad business.

i used to use onesuite all the time, but i have had the WORST service with them this past year, that i dont use them anymore. the calls i made would never connect, or go through... after the 10th time of this happening, i just switched to the Sam's club ATT card, much more reliable. When you need to make a phone call, YOU CAN. Onesuite has gone way downhill..

Still, I made certain not to purchase greater than US$20.00 worth of telephone service each time. I also have the AT&T card as a back-up.
However, this current outage is embarrassing and inexcusable to www.onesuite.com...
