My Points

Since the change is anyone experiencing NO emails to their accounts? I haven't received one since I updated my account? Any suggestions?

I have been receiving emails from My Points - BUT there is no place to click on them to get credit. (... earn 5 points for reading this email...)

I have 3 accounts (I know), and it is the same on all of them. Yes, some have a place to click for credit, but 80-90% of the emails do not!

I haven't had problems with the points posting, or with receiving emails. The only problem I've had has been with purchase points posting, as I placed two different orders with barnes and noble, and neither one has posted yet.

I've been getting emails, too...probably not as many as before. The only difference seems to be that, instead of "Show Me", a red box says "Get Points". I even managed to get 2500 Hilton points! Jean

I'm currently getting about the same amount as before. They were fewer right after the transition to the updated site, however.

I have updated my profile and I continue to receive mails. My points are also posting almost instantly. Off late I have had troubles redeeming points.

Do you receive your email as text based. I had to change my email account to a different one that 'sees' html graphics. My text based email system did not. It is these html graphics that say click here to earn 5 points.

Too bad MyPoints doesn't have an option for which types of emails it sends you.

Mine started showing up in my junk mail folder after the change. Is it possible that they are getting filtered out as spam by your provider or by your email application?

Was only thinking about mypoints the other day - not had any emails from them for must be 3 or 4 weeks - and nothing in my junkmail folder - used to get 2 or 3 a day.

Service has been better since the redesign. I get at least e-mails most days and. as noted, the points post much faster, usually immediately.

I've been getting about 2-3 emails per day and the points post immediately. Haven't purchased anything yet.

I did note that on the profile section there were more categories to provide info about. It could have something to do with the number of emails being received. Has the OP updated his profile with the additional info (you can also get bonus points for this)?

I had the same problem with my Yahoo account. When I went into my junk folder, all the Mypoints e-mails were there. Once I added the address to my address book, all was well again.

Interesting. I haven't had any problems, and have been receiving more emails than I did before the change. I'm using Hotmail, and have no problems seeing the button to click to get the points, and the points post immediately. I like the new format.
