I have 3 accounts (I know), and it is the same on all of them. Yes, some have a place to click for credit, but 80-90% of the emails do not!
Do you receive your email as text based. I had to change my email account to a different one that 'sees' html graphics. My text based email system did not. It is these html graphics that say click here to earn 5 points.
Too bad MyPoints doesn't have an option for which types of emails it sends you.

Mine started showing up in my junk mail folder after the change. Is it possible that they are getting filtered out as spam by your provider or by your email application?
