I think the site is still under construction. I just clicked on the prepaid fuel cards link and the redeem page comes without any links. All it says is "Please select an item" but there is nothing to select.

There seem to be several other dead links.

BBRebozo I still see the $5 BN card when I clicked.

Thanks.

If Marriott Rewards or HHonors point redemptions are gone, I will likely close my account. The rest of the awards are not worth my time clicking through e-mails.

Well, when I checked earlier today, Marriott wasn't there. But as others have reported, they are still upgrading their site, so may be they are still adding partners and rewards one by one? Would be good to have Marriott back though....

Most companies do extensive testing on a new website before launching. It seems that mypoints forgot about this common business practice.

I was on earlier and the web certificates are also gone. When I sent member care an email it came back as being an invalid email address.

Yes, I got the same message. I think their email is memberCARE like someone else mentioned but hopefully the HHonors will be back as soon as they finish their rather poorly planned conversion.

I think you're right but on the so-called upgraded website, it was memberservices. Hopefully HHonors will be loaded once they finish!

It's not up for me either. Been trying all day. Hopefully the awards all y'all are saying are missing were just a glitch as they launch it.

I'm sitting on a bunch o' points as well. Gotta hold my breath.
