E-rewards email bouncing
Email to e-rewards on their standard email address ([email protected]) is bouncing. Submitting queries via their web site also bounces, as the web site just turns them into email to that same address.
Does anyone know any other email addresses at e-rewards, such as any email addresses for customer service people there?

No email address per se, but try logging into this URL and filling out your info to send to them from their website:

My apologies. I guess I did.
Have you checked to verify that you're using the same email address that you signed up with? I didn't have any problems logging into www.e-rewards.com, so maybe it's something on your personal settings...?

Yes, Same Thing Happening to Me
I tried on Saturday, Sunday and today--e-mail bounces back either way (via the form on their web site or sent through your own e-mail). We have no problem logging in, it's the e-mails. This is the message I get:
"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
[email protected]"
Will try again tomorrow; if that doesn't work then I'll fax them, since no one seems to have a phone number. Normally I wouldn't spend a lot of time worrying about it, but my 2500 AA miles have not posted from a flight I took over 5 weeks ago. Their fax number is : 214-782-2992
Anyone know where area code 214 is?

Thanks
Sagy and Mormik: Thanks for the very helpful info! I believe this morning my e-mail went through as it hasn't bounced back yet. Of course no reply. I feel much better now that I have a phone number re: my AA miles (or should I say re: the lack of my AA miles). Kind of strange--did anyone else do a questionnaire that promised 2 bottles of Kaboom(?) cleaner on 12/24? Of course, that was the last I've heard about that as well. All I want is my miles.

I am starting to wonder if this company is about to bite the dust? I haven't received an e-rewards offer in nearly two weeks, after getting multiple offers per week for awhile. The largest survey I have been offered recently was for about $7. When last I checked, that $7 hasn't posted, either.

I doubt it's that bad. I've often had experiences of items not crediting. Nothing unusual there. And there are patches of time when no new offers/surveys come. I suspect that their email problems and lack of surveys probably mean that their IT department (1 or 2 people?) went away for Xmas or something.

I have gotten a few $1 surveys as recently as 1/14.
Plus just a few minutes ago I redeemed a $50 Hilton reward, which posted instantly in my HH account.
So they are not out business, not just yet anyways.

I wasn't trying to scream fire in a crowded theater, but this just seemed a little too coincidental. The $7 survey would put me over the top for a $50 award, and I have a flight coming up on AA which I could use those miles.
I am hopeful that e-rewards is doing just fine and will continue to send me opportunities in the near future.
