I feel much better now that I have a phone number re: my AA miles (or should I say re: the lack of my AA miles). Kind of strange--did anyone else do a questionnaire that promised 2 bottles of Kaboom(?) cleaner on 12/24? Of course, that was the last I've heard about that as well. All I want is my miles.
