E-Rewards Not Returning Emails Anymore?

They have not replied to me either and I suspect that they may not be responding to those requesting that their points not expire.
In my case there are only two awards which I think are worthwhile (Blockbuster and Hilton) and I have redeemed both in their respective allowed intervals and cannot redeem them again.

Used the customer service number this morning provided by "mormik" . Left a message, got a call back in less than 10 minutes and they looked up saw that I did the surveys and she (someone named tracy) credited my account for the 2 surveys that hadn't posted yet $25 combined. She was very courteous. This worked out much better than emailing.
