E-Rewards Not Returning Emails Anymore?
E-Rewards used to be very responsive to emails. but, in the past few weeks i have sent the same email a number of times and it has been ignored. not sure if this is a summer phenomenon (the person is on vacation).
has anyone out there written e-rewards and gotten a reply? thanks. |
They're ignoring me too. I had written to ask for a 3 week extension on points that had been earned in the 30 days preceeding my anniversary.
I think they sent out a lot of point expiring notices and have been swamped by angry members, such as myself, demanding to know why points that are just earned are now expiring. Mary |
yeah i was asking for an extension, too. the expiration thing is unbelievably unfair. if someone has a big balance but is just short of an award ($49, for instance), all e-rewards has to do is withhold a survey close to the expiration date. sure, you can do a Earn Now, but you shouldn't HAVE to. also, i have done all of the Earn Now in which i am eligible and want to participate. that shouldn't mean i lose my rewards.

I just received an e-mail from E-Rewards offering to extend my points for one year if I updated my profile. If I recall, there was another thread where others had also received such an offer. If you can't get a response from them you might try updating your profile and see if the expiration date changes. Mine did as soon as the profile was updated.

I got an email from them too. Unfortunately, it was a reminder that my points were about to expire on 7/31 and to remind me to redeem them. No extension for me.
What a crock.... I last redeemed in mid-may for a $50 HH reward. By June 30 I had almost $60. They sent me a ton of emails in less than 6 weeks - all of which I can't redeem for HH until mid August. I don't have any use for any of the other redemption offerings, which seem to be a waste of time & money. So, I guess I 'll just redeem for Blockbuster and give it away. Better they have to provide me with something rather than lose $45 in value. Next year I won't be answering any surveys after I have an HH redemption and right before June 30. Mary |
I'm having the same problem. I've been trying to get credit for a $25/2500 AA miles award I cashed in in January but never received the points. Emailed several times but as yet no response.

I just called their customer service number and I got great ssrrvice from a rep named Traceey, concerning an Earn-Now offer that I didn't get credit for.

My experience
I emailed twice. Once asked about the servey I took without crediting my account. No reply but got credited few days later. I recently emailed to ask if I can redeem money to AA miles with more recent flight. NO! with the fast email reply....

Be careful of RealRhapsody (Earn Points Now). I signed up 13 days ago and nothing has posted ($5 offered). Rec'd a reply from a Tracie Skinner that they'll investigate. Tonight I attempted to cancel my free 14-day trial and for the life of me can't figure out how to do it--my account doesn't have the options they list. Of course no customer service phone number to be found anywhere. Thanks for Tracie's phone number, Mormik; tomorrow she'll be getting a call from me asking for Real Rhapsody's phone number. Oh, and by the way, their "free trial" requires you to pay for each download.

I emailed through the web site this morning about a $5 survey that hasn't posted yet and got a reply 5 hours later with an apology and promise to post by end of week.
I'm wondering if some of the unanswered emails mentioned here didn't arrive. |
