e-Rewards to post Earn Now credits by tomorrow
 
e-Rewards says they should have all earn now credits for transactions conducted during the period of 7-20 to 7-28 posted by tomorrow.

They have not replied to me either and I suspect that they may not be responding to those requesting that their points not expire.

In my case there are only two awards which I think are worthwhile (Blockbuster and Hilton) and I have redeemed both in their respective allowed intervals and cannot redeem them again.

Which has more value... the AA miles of the Hilton points from e-Rewards?

2,500 AA miles equals 5,000 HH points. If you can take an AA flt, then cash in your $50 e-rewards for that. The direct redemption just gets you 3,000 HH points for the $50.

Used the customer service number this morning provided by "mormik" . Left a message, got a call back in less than 10 minutes and they looked up saw that I did the surveys and she (someone named tracy) credited my account for the 2 surveys that hadn't posted yet $25 combined. She was very courteous. This worked out much better than emailing.
