Do mypoints ever post?

I purchased an item from Drugstore.com at the end of November and still have not received the 600 points. My points member care says you have to wait 45 business days.
Is this true or has anyone else had a hard time getting points to post?

Welcome to FlyerTalk.

Yes, MyPoints is notoriously slow to post points, and sometimes unreliable, so you have to keep an eye on them.

Having said that, it's probably one of the oldest and more stable programs out there.

They do have their issues, but they have been nothing in comparison to the ClickRewards and Gold Points issues of the past.

Keep and eye on them

I've enjoyed using My Points over the past couple of years, but I've had to email them over missing points a half a dozen times in the past 3 months. I had to hunt down points both for special offers (e.g., sign up for a free sample) click-through purchases (bn.com most recently). It's inconvenient, but all things considered I still see is as virtually money for nothing. I can say that I've never not gotten my points, so stay on them & it will pay off!

Up until now I have been very pleased with MyPoints and was able to convert 15,000 to Hilton Honors points last year, but now I am experiencing the same thing you are with missing posts. I have over 2,000 points from holiday purchases and promotions that have yet to post and all are past the 30 or 45 day waiting period. I have had no replies -- other than the automatic email -- to my inquiries, so I guess I will have to call. Any idea where the phone number may be found?

There are some phone numbers in this thread, not sure if any of them are active though.

Hope this helps
