Hotwire and MyPoints

Hotwire and MyPoints
Can I expect 750 MyPoints for each transaction with Hotwire, including hotel and car rental? It appears to be so; I asked Hotwire directly and didn't really get an answer, just "let us know if points don't post after 20 business days"; one person on this forum mentioned problems getting points. I'm not likely to use Hotwire for air travel, but it appears that I could book a hotel and car rental through Hotwire for the same trip; as long as I did the bookings at least an hour apart, I would get 1500 MyPoints. Does anyone have experience with this?

I been successful at getting points for both hotel and car rental, with at least a couple hours apart from each transaction.
Although it does take some time for the points to post.
Just make sure that if they don't appear you save all communication from Hotwire so you can forward to MyPoints.

If they're goingn to give mypoints, I'd prefer to use them over Priceline for an upcoming trip. Mypoints indicates an asterisk for a set amount instead of a points-per-dollar award; however, I cannot seem to find their current point-earning rate? They do not come up under "travel" at all [for me] - only if I search under Quicklist, which brings me to the Hotwire log-in page with no Mypoints mention at all.
