Wow, this outfit is really getting busy this month, eh?
Eight months and seven different sets of e-mails ... still no Target card, but the much-valued collector's-edition $2 Ben & Jerry's certificate showed up in today's mail. Gee, hooray.
I'll keep the name "Bridge Entertainment" in mind in case someone starts a group complaint to an attorney general ... but realistically, this whole fiasco gets written off today to "lessons learned."
Epoll's next e-mail will get routed to my spam filter, and from here forward they're dead to me.

I managed to get my UA claimed points back in to the account in 24 hours. Now I wonder which award to choose to wait for 8 months this time?

Guess I misunderstood epoll. I thought that by waiting, epoll would be doubling the points they put back into your account for not being able to redeem your points for UA miles. Their most recent email to me explained that since they do not offer the UA miles any more, they meant that the UA miles would be doubled if I waited, but since they do not offer the UA miles ......
That's not quite the way I read their original email to me informing me that the UA miles were not available.
Did anyone, ever, get UA miles from them?

They have obviously changed the model - lured us in with miles - now all they can get is fast food coupons, which they are probably procuring from their day jobs at some level of discount [free ?]

The outfit is flaky. But they've changed their model a bit and seem to be at least delivering product.
As best I can tell, they never delivered on their promise of miles.
And it can't be technical glitches. They simply were never 'live' with United -- which would have allowed them to deliver points in realtime -- which tells me that they didn't have the cash (because they would have been required to pay for the miles at delivery).
Regardless, the rewards on Epoll just are not that generous.

Based on the posts here, I gave one last try earlier today sending an e-mail re: my $5 Blockbuster cert I cashed in for nearly a year ago & never received.
Was I surprised - within 2 hours of my e-mail I received a response that it is in stock & will be sent out today.
Since the poll's usually only take a few minutes, I guess I'll stop deleting their e-mails & start taking part again.

I must admit that I had been responding to all the epoll emails even as I waited for no reward. I did finally get $30 in amazon from 2 redemptions but I have to say that the part I have actually enjoyed was watching 2 TV show tests. One was pretty bad but still interesting to see since it had a few TV stars? playing different types of roles. The other had a good base for a scifi series and some good charachters but will never make it with how they did the first show. So as long as they send me those kind of CDs to watch I will stay.

I finally got enough for a $30 gift certificate? Which one should I order and which ones should I avoid due to prior bad experiences...it appears the Target GCs are ones to avoid, any more?
