Now that I'm down to 100 points in my account I have no reason the have anything more to do with Epoll.
It's just not worth it -- neither lucrative nor easy to work with.

I called the phone# mentioned in previous threads, and they sent me a $10 target gift cert. quickly.
They don't have anything to do with United, so if you tried to get United certs previously, you might want to call them to get something that they have.

I got an e-mail from them after FOREVER. They reinstated my points from my United mile request. Now I can get a $5 McD's certificate or an Iron Maiden CD!! Woohoo!!

Just checked my points on e-poll, after not being to the site for several months. I had tried to redeem for the UA point reward, also to be told that they didn't have the award, but to just wait and they would double the points. Points have NOT been put back into my account, nor have they (obviously) been doubled.
Guess who got an email from me today.

I tried to redeem points from EPoll probably 8-10 months ago. Traded e-mails twice with no success. It is irritating to go through their mind-numbing polls/questions only to come up empty. I kept my part of the bargain but apparently they had no intention of keeping theirs. I gave up on them and delete their e-mail alerts for new polls when they come in.

After much hassle I wound up with a $15 blockbuster card and a $10 starbucks card. And now I have only 600 points, so I'm done.

Epoll finally re-instated my points that I couldn't use for the unavailable UA miles. But they seemed to forget their promise to double the points if we just waited for a while. How long is "a while".
More emails from me to them, asking about the doubling promise. Beginning to think I'm wasting my time, but it's the principal of the matter. A promise is a promise, or is it......?
