Well, it seems as if all you wanted to do was purchase a $1 Supperware GC. The fact that they gave you 800 points because of flaws in their system is NOT your fault!

I thought of one of the main reasons for Mypoints' existence was to generate customer goodwill? That's what United Airlines said about mypoints in the bankruptcy filing.

But Mypoints still has to make money. Mypoints has always had strict rules requiring that you go through their email links or links from their website; they've always closed accounts for people who violate that requirement. I suspect they tend to be more strict with people who haven't had a long history with them but rather sign up and get a lot of points quickly by doing things that are a bit that are a bit questionable.
