This stinks. And you have a three month window within which you must fly.

That BITES
We waited for them to put this in place. They might as well of saved their time. I saved points in order to turn them in on this. Very disappointing and pretty much worthless for me.

I know the 180 by E-Rewards on the AA awards is not great, but I keep reminding myself that "beggars can't be choosers". I am in no way inferring that anyone here is a beggar, but just mean that E-Rewards is free, and getting something is better than getting nothing. While getting AA miles would have been nice, none of us had to pay membership fees, etc., and so getting the new AA award or any of the existing awards still puts us all "ahead".

That hurts - so much expectations, so little output. That's like a one more AA promo, it runs only for 3 month too.
By the way, while checking the rewards chart, I've found some worthy $50 and $100 rewards - "(Two) Free One - Day Lift Ticket valid at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone".
Amazingly, these are really close to US $ value ; too bad it is narrow, I'd never travel to these resorts.
And finally - I wonder how strictly they enforce one reward per year rule. Can one try to redeem the second set of HHonors points or will website prevent it ? Or will it be rejected later ?
