e-Rewards Login problems

e-Rewards Login problems
I am a active erewards.com member and I was able to login till last week. As a matter of fact I got $50.00 survey which I finished sucessfully last week. I have about $150.00 in my account.
But, when I tried to login into my account, it did not let me. It says your email is not in our system. I checked million times to make sure that email is correct.
What is going on? Does anyone else has the same problem.
I have sent an email to Customer service also.

Nope, I am able to login just fine.
Maybe your account in under review because of the last $50 survey that you got.
I never had a problem like this before.

Problem with E-rewards
